Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Monthly subscriptions

All Lynx AI plans (Cloud AI, Embedded AI, White-Label) are billed monthly in advance through PayPal. Your subscription automatically renews every month unless you cancel before your next billing date.

2. Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel anytime, with no long-term contract or lock-in:

When you cancel, your access continues until the end of the billing period you already paid for — we don't cut off access early. Your subscription simply won't renew for the next cycle.

Because the Service involves immediate setup work (indexing your website, generating your widget key, and — on paid plans — ongoing hosting and AI processing costs), payments are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle has started. Specifically:

If you'd like to move between plans (e.g., from Cloud AI to Embedded AI), contact us. Plan changes generally take effect at your next billing cycle; we don't automatically prorate mid-cycle upgrades or downgrades unless otherwise agreed.
